A Few Words From Past Clients

Working with Tara has been both life changing and life achieving for me. Through decision making, dedication, persistence and action steps, Tara gave me the necessary support and kick in the butt to keep me focused on the target. I learned it was up to me to decide where and how high I would aim to reach any goal with a positive attitude and successful thinking.

- Stephen S.

Tara is by far one of the most thoughtful, compassionate and exceptional people I’ve worked with in the coaching field these past 20 years. She’s always got an incredible perspective on things and helps you quickly reframe any situation that’s not working so that it becomes a win-win.

- Larissa M.

Tara is amazing, brave, strong, resilient and inspiring. After some big changes in my life, I connected with Tara to sign up with her program “Thinking into Results”. The program is crazy fantastic. I have felt so much growth, change and improvement in this 6 month program. I will never stop living the way I now know I deserve to live and feel.

- Gail H.

I just completed Bob Proctor's 6 month Thinking into Results program led by Tara and the results have been amazing in both my business and personal life. Tara really goes above and beyond for her clients, drawing from an amazing background where she's worked with some of the biggest names in the personal growth industry, her experience and guidance has been invaluable. I would highly recommend Tara for anyone looking to take their results to the next level.

- Mike Prechel

Before working with Thinking into Results with Tara, I was frozen, and did not know how to move forward in my life or goals. Tara helped me ingrain the lessons of TIR, so I now have a clear path to committing to success that I am actively working on. She is a superstar in working with what you were and what you will be! I would recommend the six month course to anyone who needs an engine in their life!

- Robert D

I have know Tara for 7 years. Tara is amazing, so brave, strong, resilient, and inspiring. After some big changes in my life and some readiness to move on, I connected with Tara in Aug. 2020. To sign up with her program “Thinking into Results”. The program is crazy fantastic. I have felt so much growth and change, and improvement in this 6 mos program and still 2 mos to go. I will never stop living the way I now know I deserve to live and feel. Tara thank you. I have so much love and respect for her.

What Our Clients Are Saying

What Clients Are Saying

Slideshow
20 years into my policing career, after going through a contentious divorce, and the death of both of my parents, I thought that I could handle anything that life could throw at me and then I was diagnosed with PTSD. I believed on some level that I was invincible… [as] I sat and talked with other First Responders (other “tough guys” and “problem solvers”) [their] stories mirrored mine: stress, dedication to work and family, a need for perfection from ourselves and those around us, an inflated sense of self-importance and ultimately some sort of organizational betrayal…[through working with Kel], I have learned so many lessons and skills that have improved my life, my perspectives, and my relationships. Not everyday is a good day but everyday is not a bad day anymore. PTSD literally saved my life because it brought me to a place where I learned life altering lessons through therapy and self awareness.

- FORMER CLIENT

Before working with Kel, I was a person who I didn’t know anymore: my wife didn’t like me and my kids didn’t know me. Through her understanding, knowledge, and challenging, I am getting back to the man I used to be before the uniform. Kel I am forever grateful.

- FORMER CLIENT

I have been seeing Michaela for the past 5 years and I have learned so much about myself. Michaela is welcoming, non-judgmental, and my sessions with her have taught me many skills that have been extremely beneficial to my life. Since applying some of the things I have learned with Michaela, I have found a freer version of myself.

- FORMER CLIENT

Everyone can agree that times are changing. Gone are the days to "suck it up" or "be tough". Today's definition of tough is facing and dealing with our demons. We have a right to a good life also.

- FORMER CLIENT

Michaela, as a First Responder herself, immediately understood my language, my struggles, and the work that I needed to do because she had been where I was. I was surrounded by a community that were fighting the same battles and are still there to let me know that it’s ok to not be ok but with doing the work, we will be ok once again.
