Counselling & Clinical Education

Heal. Rebuild. Conquer.
The Time is Now
Who I Work With
I work with First Responders, healthcare workers, and high stress professionals who want to feel like themselves again.
Symptoms that are typically being experienced by those who seek to work with me include:
• Constant tension
• Anger, frustration, agitation
• Broken sleep
• Anxiety that comes out of nowhere
• Guilt or shame
• A sense that you should be coping better than you are

None of this means you’re weak. It means your system is overwhelmed.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist who works with First Responders, veterans, frontline workers, and people carrying heavy emotional load.
I help you understand what your body and brain are doing, why you feel the way you feel, and what will actually help. You will not get vague advice or generic coping strategies here. You will get clear guidance, proven methods, and support that fits the reality of your life.
This work is my lane. You’re in the right place.

What Therapy Can Do
My approach blends clinical training with practical skills that will allow you to create real changes in your life. In working with me, you will receive:
• Clear assessment of what’s happening
• Trauma informed therapy that meets you where you are
• EMDR and other evidence based methods
• Skills to stabilize your nervous system
• Direct feedback
• Strategies you can apply between sessions
• A therapist who understands high intensity work, complex stress, and organizational pressures
Therapy Misconceptions
Myth: Therapy means talking about everything from childhood.
Reality: We go at your pace. You only share what you choose.
Myth: If I start crying, I won’t stop.
Reality: Strong emotion is a sign of release, not failure. You don’t get stuck there.
Myth: Therapy means I’m not cut out for the job.
Reality: Most First Responders wait too long because of this belief. Getting support improves performance and longevity.
